We want this to be simple and honest, so here is exactly how plans, payments and cancellation work. Job tracking is always free.
This document is written in English; the Chinese text is a courtesy translation for convenience. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
Paid plans bill every 30 days (or every 90 days for a 3-month season, which saves about 15%). We use fixed 30-day cycles — not calendar months — so your renewal date is always predictable and never skips a short month. Your card is charged automatically at the start of each cycle, by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Each plan includes an allowance shown as "credits", which refreshes every 30 days (and every 30 days within a 90-day season). Credits are just a usage unit — not money — and unused credits don't roll over.
We email you a reminder 3 days before each renewal, showing the date and amount, so a charge never surprises you.
You can cancel anytime from Account → My Plan. Cancelling turns off auto-renewal — but your plan does not end immediately: you keep full access and your allowance until the last day of the period you've already paid for, and only then does your account move to the free plan. You can change your mind and resume anytime before that date with no new charge. We don't make partial refunds for the remaining days (your statutory rights are unaffected — including the 14-day cooling-off period on a new subscription: if you started a paid plan within those 14 days and then cancel, we refund what you paid less a proportionate amount for the AI usage you've actually had). To claim the cooling-off refund: cancel in Account → My Plan, then email public@zubiaojiang.com — we refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
You can pause a paid plan once per billing cycle from Account → My Plan. A pause lasts 30 days: you are not charged during it, paid AI features and your paid allowance are suspended while paused, and your plan resumes automatically afterwards. A paused plan must be resumed before you can cancel or change it.
Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately: we credit the unused time on your current plan and charge only the prorated difference, your renewal date stays the same when you keep your current billing period, and your new plan's allowance applies for the rest of the current cycle. We show you the exact prorated amount before you confirm. When you upgrade you can choose 30 or 90 days for the new plan — if you switch between 30 and 90 days at upgrade, your renewal moves to the end of the new period instead. (Plan changes aren't available while your plan is paused — resume first, then upgrade.) Fair-use after a mid-cycle upgrade: because the higher tier's full allowance applies immediately for only a prorated charge, daily AI usage is limited to about 10% of your monthly allowance per day — it resets each day (you're never cut off: usage continues on the standard model), and the daily limit no longer applies from your next cycle.
On your current plan you can move from monthly to a 90-day season anytime — it takes effect immediately: we credit the unused time and charge only the prorated difference (then ~15% off going forward), and your renewal moves to the end of the new season. On a 90-day plan you can upgrade to a higher 90-day plan anytime, but you can't switch to monthly mid-plan — once your season ends, choose monthly when you resubscribe.
To switch to a cheaper plan, cancel first and subscribe to the lower plan once your current period ends. We don't drop you to a smaller allowance mid-cycle that you've already paid for.
