These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyJobs Tracker, an early-access web application at myjobs.zubiaojiang.com (the "Service"), operated by AIDEMAIN LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17112411, registered office 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: public@zubiaojiang.com.
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of your agreement with us. These Terms are plain English, not a substitute for independent legal advice, and do not affect your statutory consumer rights under the law of England and Wales.
This document is written in English; the Chinese text is a courtesy translation for convenience. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
You must be at least 16 years old. By using MyJobs Tracker you confirm you are 16 or older and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
MyJobs Tracker is offered on an early-access basis: it is under active development, features may change, break or be removed, and it may be unavailable at times. We may impose or change usage limits and add, suspend or discontinue features without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that its content will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. This does not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales. In particular, if you are a consumer we still owe you the legal duty to provide the Service with reasonable care and skill, and nothing in this clause removes that.
You sign in with your email and a password, or — where offered — with Google or Apple sign-in. We may email you a one-time 6-digit code (valid 15 minutes) to verify your email address or reset your password; a successful sign-in creates a session that normally lasts ~30 days, stored in a secure cookie. You must keep your password and email account secure and not share them. Tell us immediately at public@zubiaojiang.com if you think someone else accessed your account. During early access, sign-up, sign-in and password reset may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and access may be limited (e.g. to invited users).
MyJobs Tracker helps you organise your job search: track applications, get AI-generated "fit reviews", and draft CVs and cover letters with our AI assistant, AhBiao. It also includes a free UK sponsor-licence checker, which looks up employers in our copy of the Home Office's published register of licensed sponsors as at its stated date — a licence means sponsorship is possible, not promised, and the register lists legal-entity names, which may differ from the brand names you know. You decide what to put in and how to use what comes out.
Fit reviews, drafts, suggestions and chat responses are generated by AI. AI can be wrong — it may produce content that is inaccurate, outdated, biased, incomplete or entirely made up ("hallucinations"), and may misread a job description or your CV. Therefore:
You must not present AI content as factual where it is not, and you are responsible for ensuring any CV or application you submit is truthful. See our AI Terms for how AI processing works and which providers receive your content.
"Your Content" is everything you provide — profile and CV details, uploaded CVs, photos/screenshots, voice notes, tracked applications and messages to AhBiao. You keep ownership. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, copy, process and transmit Your Content to operate and provide the Service — including sending it to the AI providers in our Privacy Policy to generate output for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies required by law or temporarily in routine backups. You confirm you have the right to provide Your Content, that it infringes no one's rights and breaks no law, and you are responsible for its accuracy.
Acceptable use. You must use the Service lawfully and only for genuine job-search purposes — see the full rules in clause 7. We screen for clearly harmful content and may refuse or remove it, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, and report unlawful activity where the law requires.
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently or deceptively (including false job applications); upload illegal, defamatory, obscene, infringing or malware-bearing content; upload others' personal data without the right to; break, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Service; bypass security or anti-bot measures (such as Turnstile), usage limits or access controls; use the Service to build or train a competing product, or to send spam; or misuse the AI assistant to generate unlawful, hateful or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these rules or we reasonably believe you have.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use Your Content to train our own AI models. Where we send Your Content to third-party AI providers to generate output, we rely on their API terms stating they will not use it to train their models, where available. See our Privacy Policy.
MyJobs Tracker offers paid plans — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Ultimate — each billed on a 30-day cycle or as a 3-month season (about 15% off, billed every 90 days) in advance. We show the price, billing frequency and what's included before you pay; card billing is handled by Stripe and we do not store your card details. During early access, billing may be limited or switched on gradually.
AI credits. Each plan includes an allowance shown as "credits". Credits are only a display unit for your plan's AI usage — they are not money, currency, a token, cryptocurrency, voucher or security, carry no cash value, and cannot be purchased on their own, transferred, exchanged, withdrawn or redeemed for cash. Unused credits do not roll over: your allowance refreshes every 30 days (including every 30 days within a 90-day season). Credits are non-refundable except where the law requires.
Upgrades, downgrades & changes. Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately: we credit the unused time on your current plan and charge only the prorated difference, your renewal date stays the same when you keep your current billing period (if you also switch between 30 and 90 days when you upgrade, your renewal moves to the end of the new period), and your new plan's allowance applies for the rest of the current cycle. To move to a lower plan, cancel first and subscribe to the lower plan after your current period ends — downgrades do not take effect mid-period. You may also switch from a 30-day plan to a 90-day season on your current tier: we credit the unused time and charge only the prorated difference, and your renewal moves to the end of the new season; you can upgrade a 90-day plan to a higher 90-day plan anytime, but you cannot switch a 90-day plan to monthly until it ends — choose monthly when you resubscribe. We show you the exact prorated amount on screen before you confirm. Plan changes are not available while your plan is paused — resume first, then change. Fair-use after a mid-cycle upgrade: because an upgrade grants the higher tier's full allowance immediately for only a prorated charge, daily AI usage is limited to about 10% of your monthly allowance per day — it resets each day (you're never cut off: usage continues on the standard model), and the daily limit no longer applies from your next cycle.
Auto-renewal & cancellation. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (every 30 days, or every 90 days for a season) at the then-current price unless you cancel first; we tell you the renewal price and date before you subscribe. You can cancel anytime in your account or by email; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access (and your allowance) until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to the free plan.
14-day cooling-off. As you buy online, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days to cancel a new subscription without giving a reason. If you ask us to start your paid plan within those 14 days and then cancel during them, we will refund what you paid less a proportionate amount for the AI usage you have actually had up to the moment you cancel. Refunds use your original payment method within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights. We comply with the UK's subscription-contract rules under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 — including clear pre-contract information, reminder notices before each renewal, cooling-off rights and notices, and a simple, one-step way to cancel.
Promotions & seasonal offers. Discounts, seasonal pricing and promotional offers are limited-time, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, are not guaranteed to be offered again, and a promotional or seasonal price is not guaranteed to apply at renewal — except that benefits we have expressly stated are for life, such as the founding-member allowance, will not be withdrawn from customers who have already qualified. We will always show the price that applies before you pay.
We may update these Terms, e.g. to reflect changes to the Service, providers or law. For significant changes we will give reasonable notice (email or in-app) before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms; if you disagree, stop using the Service and you may close your account.
You can stop using MyJobs Tracker and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (we will try to give reasonable notice and a chance to export your data). On termination, your right to use the Service stops and we delete or anonymise your data as described in the Privacy Policy, unless we must keep it by law.
What we never limit. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not allow it — including death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; your rights under data-protection law (including any claim under UK GDPR Article 82); your statutory rights as a consumer; and any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
What we are not liable for. Subject to the above, and because MyJobs Tracker is early-access used at your discretion, we are not liable for: loss arising from reliance on AI-generated content; any job, interview or offer you do or do not obtain; decisions made by you or by employers; or indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, goodwill or data that we could not reasonably have foreseen. If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss we cause, but not for events outside our reasonable control.
Our cap. Subject to "What we never limit" above, our total liability to you for all claims connected with the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £100.
Third parties, job listings and fraud. MyJobs Tracker helps you organise your own job search; we do not provide, endorse, verify or vet any job posting, employer, recruiter, agency or other third party you find or apply to. We are not responsible or liable for third-party content or conduct, including any inaccurate, fraudulent, scam or misleading job advertisement, offer, recruitment or sale you may encounter — always do your own due diligence and never pay money or share sensitive information with an unverified party. We are also not responsible for any third party who, without our authorisation, resells, rebrands or misrepresents MyJobs Tracker or our plans or makes misleading claims about the Service; only purchases made through MyJobs Tracker itself are covered by these Terms.
We, AIDEMAIN LTD (and our licensors), own the Service and the copyright in its software, design and content. "MyJobs Tracker" and "AhBiao" are the names we use for the Service. Other product, company and brand names referred to in the Service are the property of their respective owners. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while you comply with these Terms. You may use the documents the Service generates for your own job-search purposes.
Third-party fonts. The Service uses the Source Han Serif (思源宋体) typeface, © Adobe and contributors, licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. We do not own this typeface; it remains the property of its authors and is used under that licence.
Public sector information. The sponsor-licence checker contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
These Terms are the entire agreement about the Service. If any part is invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we can later. You may not transfer your rights; we may transfer ours if your rights are unaffected.
Reviews, drafts, explanations, labels and translations are provided for general guidance and may occasionally be imprecise, incomplete or inaccurate; they are not statements of fact or professional advice, and you should verify anything you rely on. Where our English and Chinese texts differ, the English version prevails. The Service and its software, design and content are © 2026 AIDEMAIN LTD, all rights reserved; "MyJobs Tracker" and "AhBiao" are the names we use for it. Nothing here limits your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer.
These Terms and any dispute are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction (if you live elsewhere in the UK you may use your local courts). We prefer to resolve problems informally first — please contact public@zubiaojiang.com.
